Because we stock all of our items, all orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. In many cases, your items will even ship the next day! We are also upfront about our shipping costs. Our shipping cost is determined by weight and covers our average cost to reach you. We treat every item you purchase as if it were our own and we take extreme care in packaging each order.

Shipping:

All items are shipped by either UPS or United States Postal Service(USPS).

Shipments over $65 shipped within the United States will ship for free.

The delivery times for standard delivery are approximate. Because we carry all of our products in stock, we will make every effort to ship out your order the following business day.
During severe weather conditions or other natural disasters, delivery times may be delayed.
Note that the shipping times listed above do not take into account national holidays. Because we can not make shipments when the United States Postal Service is closed, please adjust the above times accordingly when the post office is shut down
Delivery dates apply to orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only. Orders shipping to Alaska, U.S. territories, or international destinations may take up to an additional 5 business days.
International shipping will take longer

Orders are typically shipped the same or following business day. You will be notified by e-mail if the item is not available to ship within 2-3 days.

Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii

There is no additional shipping charge to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii. However, we do not offer express shipping to these regions.

Domestic No-hassle Return Policy (USA Domestic Orders)

At GearBlocks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order to obtain a return authorization number.

We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.

Return of Items

Physical items must be in saleable condition. Stickers, labels and packaging should be in like new condition. Once a return is authorized, we will issue a return based on the packaging information supplied. Write the RMA# on the outside of the package. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Policy

refunds will be issued back to the credit card or bank account used to place the order.

When authorized goods are returned and received in saleable condition:

refund = price of items + paid_shipping + taxes – outbound shipping – return shipping – transaction fees

Allow 2-3 business days to issue once goods are recieved.

When authorized on a no goods returned:

refund = price of items + paid_shipping + taxes – outbound shipping – transaction fees

Change of mind:

Sometimes the customer has a change of mind before item has been shipped.

ACH or Wire Transfer:

When ACH or wire transfer is used there will be a $40 processing fee.

International Returns and Refunds

For international orders there are no returns or refunds for any reason.

Return to Sender – Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If a package is returned to GearBlocks due to an incorrectly entered or incomplete address, failed forwarding, or other delivery complications, the customer may repurchase shipping to have the order resent. Once the returned package is received, GearBlocks will notify the customer, prepare a new shipping label, and repack the order if necessary before reshipping the goods.

Lost Packages

In rare instances, packages may be lost in transit through no fault of the customer or GearBlocks. When this occurs, GearBlocks will issue a replacement shipment once the items are back in stock and available. In the meantime, GearBlocks reserves the right to file a lost package claim with the shipping carrier.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories

Shipping is still free for items going to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories, but uses USPS Ground Advantage which may take up to 26 days in some cases. If you would like faster shipping use the international shipping form to request priority shipping for your items. We will simply charge you the difference between USPS Ground Advantage shipping and USPS priority shipping.

GearBlocks will create an order for the goods plus shipping and send an email to the buyer with a link which can be used to complete the order via credit card. The buyer will receive notification the order was received via email and emails will be generated when the order is completed and shipped along with tracking information.

On international orders the recipient may need to pay additional fees such as government charges, brokerage charges, and VAT and others before the package can be delivered. We request a phone number to provide to the shipping service provider to facilitate the package delivery.
